Shipping policy

  • We offer Free shipping on most orders (up to 6 bottles) and flat rate shipping to our customers through USPS, as well as express shipping offerings, when available, through USPS, UPS and Fedex. FedEx is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please be mindful of this if electing for express shipping options at checkout.

  • Orders are processed and typically shipped out within 1 business day, however can take up to 2 business days during high volume times. Orders placed before 11am PST are shipped the same day. You will be notified by email when your order ships and provided with tracking information. If you do not receive this email within 1-3 business days of ordering, please check your spam or quarantine folder.

  • Delivery times vary based on the method of delivery and destination. Holiday volume and carrier issues may result in delays - but generally, orders within the United States are received in 2-7 business days, unless upgraded express options are selected.

  • When available, we offer Express Shipping options through FedEx, including Express and 2-Day Shipping. Express Shipping times are based on business days (so, do not include holidays/weekends), and apply once the order has been tendered to the shipping courier. Please note, processing time for each order may take up to 2 business days before being transferred to the shipping courier. Generally orders placed before 11am PST are shipped same day. Orders placed after 11am PST are shipped the next business day. 

  • All prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using something like this currency converter.

  • Orders can be shipped to most countries and international shipping prices vary by territory. Please see shipping choices by carrier during check-out. Customers are responsible for the cost of any duties or additional taxes incurred. International shipping times vary based on the service selected and custom processing time.

  • Our ordering system is automated to process and ship out orders asap, typically wihin hours of you placing the order, in most cases. Therefore, we are unable to edit or modify an order after it has been submitted. If you change your mind, you can always start a return as soon as the order has shipped.
