How to Start a Return:
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase to obtain a RMA # ( Return Merchandise Authorization number). We will email you with instructions. Any return made without first contacting care@nutrigenomicnaturals.com will be considered an unauthorized return and can not be refunded.

Damaged Items or Other Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (by sending a picture of the issue to care@nutrigenomicnaturals.com ) if you received the wrong item or it was delivered damaged or defective, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Any issues for reasons not due to our error or shipping carrier damage, is not eligible for refund.

We will provide the return shipping address when you contact us with your return request for a RMA number.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
